    Summary

Aziraphale never expected to leave the quiet Temple colony where he was born—much less train as a medic for the Assembly of Planets. Now ex-military, he drifts from port to port in search of work… and somewhere he might finally feel he belongs.

Then, in a crowded spaceport bar, he meets Crowley. A freighter captain whose charm and swagger can’t quite hide the yearning that matches Aziraphale’s own. Crowley sweeps him into a night of laughter, grav-darts, easy conversation, and a spark so immediate it feels like destiny.

However, morning brings separate off-planet destinations and reluctant farewells… until fate delivers Aziraphale a new assignment aboard Crowley’s starship. Between strict no-fraternizing rules, secrets that simmer beneath the surface, dangers lurking in deep space, and a captain guarded about his past, Aziraphale finds that nothing aboard the Nightingale is simple.

Least of all the way Crowley looks at him.

    Summary

For Aziraphale, there were always two Crowleys: the First Crowley, the one he met in the Garden, the one he's spent 6000 years meeting across human history. And there is the Second Crowley, the one who comes to him across time, again and again, propelled, it would seem, by some unknown tragedy. Both, his hereditary enemy. His dearest friend.

For Crowley, there is a Before, and there is an After. Before, he spent 6000 years as Hell's agent on Earth, seeing Aziraphale occasionally, working together where they could get away with it. After... After, he's drawn back over and over, like he's attached by a tether that just won't let him go.

Not that he wants it to let him go. The alternative...

    Summary

Aziraphale Fell has been working at Heaven's Gate for the better part of twenty years as an assessor of orphanages for children with magical abilities. His life in London is fine, mostly. He has a house, and a cat, and that should be enough.

When he receives a strange assignment that has him bound for a month-long stay on a remote Scottish island, however, he begins to realise that everything may not be as it seems.

(Note: this is an AU set in the world of TJ Klune's The House in the Cerulean Sea, and while I recommend that you read it, it's not necessary to do so to understand the plot of this fic!)

    Summary

Aziraphale and Crowley are so close to carving out that fragile, peaceful existence that they both so desperately crave... until 6000 years of repressed feelings come head-to-head with an eternity of faith. Crowley doesn't think he can handle another rejection, while Aziraphale just wishes that the love that dares not speak its name could be enough. But if it isn't, it isn't. It's not like not being enough is new to him anyway.

If only their mutual plans of sulking on opposite ends of the United Kingdom weren't interrupted by some very strange news from Tadfield, some uncomfortable truths from the 1890s, and the looming threat of another Apocalypse led by an all-too-familiar face.

Or, an alternative to Good Omens season 2 intertwined with flashbacks to Aziraphale and Crowley's lives in Oscar Wilde's London. Lots of pain with an eventual happy ending.
