Charles wakes in a place that is all too familiar, but it is certainly not where he went to bed. There is no generic hotel space around him, no Max beside him, but Charles knows this place. Gentle sunlight streams in through the windows of the caravan, the smell of gasoline and rubber both an assault and a comfort on his senses. Confusion clouds his thoughts and his vision as he desperately looks around, trying to figure out what the hell is going on.
