The baby giggles, much to his confusion, smiling up at him despite the obvious dislike he is trying to convey to the little thing, and something odd stirs in his chest, warm like he'd swallowed a miniature sun.
His expression softens a little.
Perhaps he can understand, if only a little, why Hyuna seems to like them so much.
After escaping with Hyuna and unwillingly joining the rebellion, Luka learns to be human.
