Summary
It was stupid, Spencer thought, letting a small compliment affect him this much. Spencer still wondered what motivated Tommy to say something so utterly sweet. If Tommy was merely feigning meaningless small talk, it didn't matter to Spencer. Unfortunately, it gave him an inkling of hope.
