Summary
Qian Kun has witnessed a lot—the rise and fall of dynasties, the destruction of eighteen cultivation sects, and worst of all, the premature death of his first and only lover—living as the reclusive Wuyi Immortal, a mysterious daoist and healer who's face and name are unknown to all but a few select individuals. Recently having awoken from a five-year-long cultivation in seclusion, Qian Kun descends the mountain range which he resides and meets Li Yongqin, a frivolous young man with strange tendencies, hailing from a once well-known cultivation sect on the verge of collapse. With natural skill but no interest in succeeding his dying father's role as Chief Cultivator, Li Yongqin seeks out the famed Wuyi Immortal in an attempt to save his father's life that ultimately proves fruitless.
With his dying breath, the man begs Qian Kun to take Li Yongqin in as a disciple to avoid the eradication of the Yuexiu-Li Clan, the very cultivation sect that his first love hailed from over five-hundred years ago. But it would never be so simple, with a path of beast-fueled chaos following the sect at every turn.

Huang Renjun, newest leader of the youth gang Iron Lotus of Cheongnam's Chinatown, made one simple decision that diverted his life off it's intended course; saving his classmate, Na Jaemin, from his bullies and agreeing to take him under his protection and to train him to defend himself. Summary
Neo City is graced by some semblance of normalcy for over two years, led by both Lee Taeyong and Kim Doyoung following Qian Kun's disappearance. Though in financial peril and constant monitoring by the Korean Central Intelligence Agency, Noctis is thriving—having almost doubled in size since the dissolution of the Namjeong Clan. However, chaos strikes as the organisation receives a distress signal from the estranged former leader, gravely injured and caught in the midst of a war between a powerful alliance and the organisation that he swore to destroy.
Given no choice but to venture to Hong Kong to save their own, Taeyong, Doyoung, and a small group of Noctis members board a ship to the unfamiliar land with the intention of collecting Kun and then turning back to return home. Their plan goes awry, however, as they are accused of conspiring with the alliance, and each have a bounty placed on their head. Unable to escape Hong Kong, the countdown begins—with only six days to return home to Cheongnam, or they risk the lives of every single member of Noctis at the hands of the KCIA.

Summary
Kim Doyoung and Lee Taeyong both start anew in the criminal organisation of Noctis following the resolution of the case and the latter's release from prison. Thriving in the subterranean district of Neo City, they resolve the citizen's problems and protect the integrity of what their leader, Qian Kun, built from the remains of a failed development plan.
However, yet another murder inside of the Namjeong Clan leaves Cheongnam’s criminal underground unsteady, giving rise to the ghost of an organisation that was long believed to have been burnt to the ground. Neo City is shaken to its core by the resurgence, and Noctis is forced to retaliate—leaving Doyoung and Taeyong once again right at the centre of a war between Cheongnam's rife criminality.

Doyoung didn't want to get too close, but Taeyong's intricately concocted insanity and sinful nature drew him in like a drug, and before he knew it, he was addicted.
