Summary
It's been three times, they're currently at the fourth, only the first run-in was accidental. The sex is a lot like their fights, in that Jabber still seems convinced that Zanka is always holding back and going easy on him. The difference is that Zanka has a chance to let him believe it, at least for now. And that he's not getting beat up as well.
Zanka spends the night at Jabber's place for the first time. It goes much better than he expected, except for a few uncomfortable thoughts.

Summary
The bathroom is anything but silent with his music still playing and the water still going, but it’s like Zanka has gone deaf with how quiet his head is. There’s only one thing on his mind.
It should be him. It will be him. Zanka has worked too hard, gone too far, for Jabber to put another barrier between them. Zanka can accept that he’s smarter than him. Stronger than him. Better than him. But he won’t accept him acting like they’re not meant to be. Like they don’t need each other.
The water stops at the same time his speaker dies, leaving Zanka in an almost opaque silence as he dries off.
Zanka will have Jabber. Whether Jabber likes it or not.

Rudo knew Zanka —sorry, "pRoFeSsor Nijiku"— was married. Everyone did, it would be hard to miss the way the usually stoic Materials Science professor softened when he looked down and ran a thumb over his wedding band. And yet despite that, no one knew anything about his wife, not even her name.
For a so-called "average" guy, Zanka seemed to have a lot of secrets. The most concerning of which pertained to a suspicious guy with a lot of piercings who kept lurking around the research lab after hours.

Summary
"GREAT! Just great! As if this could GET any better!" Zanka bites out, seething. Of course he's stuck here, injured, in a damp, dirty cell, and of course he's stuck here with fucking Jabber of all people.
Jabber whistles appreciatively, "Man, you're in a mood today. Wake up on the wrong side of the bed?" and cackles at his own joke. Zanka's gonna strangle him. He's gonna rip out those bars with his bare hands and use them to beat Jabber to death.
