Summary
Peter B. Parker has been through a lot in his life. Wade Wilson has, too. Peter is a science teacher, Wade does freelance work for the feds, and they share a modest apartment. Together they've found as much stability as is possible for people living separate civilian and vigilante lives.
But something happens. Wade is unsettled, and Peter tries to be supportive but things unravel quickly despite their best efforts. How can they come back around and fix what's been broken?

The events of Spider-Man: Into the Spider-Verse will occur in the middle of this fic somewhere, though those events will not be rehashed in detail.

Summary
Peter died in the civil war. Wade traveled into the past to save Peter's uncle Ben, and save Peter's life in the process. Without that guilt hanging over him, Peter wouldn't put himself at so much risk. Wade didn't expect the entire world to be changed for the worse. Not to mention the fact that Wade Wilson is dead in the new timeline, and Spider-Man is a hardened mercenary.
Spin-off of ask-spiderpool where Wade gets stuck in the altered timeline.

Deadpool's relentless, decades-long Spider-Man thirst has finally turned him into a good guy. He gets to work with the Avengers, he's gone to therapy (learned nothing, B-T-W), and he owns eleven properties in New York City alone. He's the best he's ever been post-Weapon X, while the Amazing Spider-Man can't even get back with his ex-wife, eat his vegetables, or wash his pillow case.
Deadpool should be sad for Spider-Man, because they've been best friends since forever.
But he's not.

Summary
When Peter B Parker enters the collider again to return to his own dimension, he’s dumped out a week into the future, but still in Miles’ universe. Repeated attempts to return home only speed up the damage done to his body by the glitches, and leave him stranded 2 years in the future. Enter Deadpool, who’s seen a lot of versions of Spider-Man, but never one so in need of a friend. He vows to save Peter’s life, whether he likes it or not. Along with Miles and Gwen, they work to repair the damage, and find out what’s keeping Peter from being able to return home. And maybe Peter finds he has more in common with the strange Merc than he could have anticipated.
