Ten years ago, Chariot du Nord reawakened magic with the Grand Triskelion...but shortly after doing so, terrible monsters that would come to be called the Grimm appeared. Nearly impossible to kill with normal weapons, it is discovered that those with a gift for magic can be used to slow the nigh unstoppable onslaught.
