Summary
"I missed you," Yuuji breathes out, and his words catch on half-formed spikes of sorrow that point at all that he'd suffered in Satoru's absence. His grip on his shirt loosens until his hand falls, and his breath evens out to something slow, on the verge of sleep again.
Satoru puts a hand on the back of his head and presses him closer. Yuuji's admission carves itself a bloody home inside his psyche, and he welcomes it with open arms, ravenous for any scrap of affection Yuuji deigns to throw his way, no matter the context. Satoru wants to be entrenched so deeply inside this boy's brain that Yuuji won't be able to live without him, because turnabout is fair play.
