Summary
Gladio is Shield to a sulky young princeling who doesn't take his duties seriously--largely because his attendants spoil him. One day, said princeling's chamberlain shows up to a training session and challenges Gladio's assumptions.
Canon-compliant. Set during the 'Brotherhood' anime era, when Gladio and Ignis are both teenagers. Will be part of a larger series exploring their relationship across different points in their joint history.
