Ok so i initially cribged like a mofo when stumbled upon this in a favrd authors bmarks, like muppet fanfiction ew no my chidhood, But!
This is actually really cute and funny, and very G (the near death injuries feom exploding inventions arebt even rlly v detailed at all),
The authors prose does such a good job capturing the undoubtably Mad Chaotic vibes that backstage life ala muppet show would a bajillion percent be,also extra kudos for writing feom the perspective of Beaker, and actually making sense?? And tbhh treats this v genuinely/a bit serious i would even dare say, so thats dope
And like he is wtittwn to the point that his language/dialect actually gets lore'd, so thats v cool.Also fozzie has a rlly cute speech about the whole appeal of the muppet vibe working, definitely not based on their skills in what they all do, but by the fact that they Enjoy what theyre doing, and thats what makes them worth watching (also lowkey found fam vibes yusss)
But yes, this is a fun and funny story, q truly admirable piece of creative fiction, also actually gives me fond memories or the way i wrote stuff in mid/high school, so rhats a bir of nostalgia that i dont feel cringey about at all, whuch is v nice, yay therapy inner cchild work working 4 meee
