After returning from a short stay with his mother, 9 year old Cove Holden was sad when he arrived home to Sunset Bird during the summer.
No matter what Jamie Burk did, Cove's next door neighbor and best friend, he couldn't seem to get anymore then a few tiny smiles and a chuckle or two from his green-haired friend. So what else could he do?
That's right! Plan an exciting day-long pirate adventure for his friend fraught with imaginary danger and mystery, with a buried treasure at the end of all of it!
But Jamie isn't certain he could pull if off all by himself, so he seeks help from those he holds close. Hopefully this adventure wouldn't turn into a complete disaster..
