The sound of engines and air swishing past is deafening, no one is talking but she wouldn't have heard it anyway, she can barely hear her own breathing. Her leg is persistently bouncing with nerves and her hands feel clammy and cold. The faces of the men in her stick are blank and no one seems to be able to keep still.
