Wo-ow. Phenomenal dive into Angel's character, with great support work from Cordelia and Wes. Early easons, before stuff with Cordelia gets weird or depressing.
POV character is a psychologist specializing in DID, and Cordelia and Wes bring him in to consult on Angel who has been, without cause, rapidly switching between Angel and Angelus.
The heart of the story is an analysis on the nature of the curse, and how that had an effect on Angel's psyche.
