When Anakin had heard sibling, he... well he hadn't thought anything before being teleported mid-birthing, but he sure as hell would not have thought 'reincarnation into an infant girl, seven years before your original birth' if he could've. Griff, his mom was only sixteen, a year before being sold to Watto.
This was hell. It was worse than Mustafar, worse than Sidious' lightning, possibly even worse than Padme's death. This was hell; he was in hell.
He probably deserved it, but was sweet oblivion really too much to ask for?

Anakin Skywalker was created by the Force to be the Balanced, the Neutral between Light and Dark. That obviously didn't work - no, no more Chosen Ones. Chosen Two - Avanika and Anakin Skywalker, Daughter and Son of the Force. One minor issue, Darth Vader's consciousness is sent into Avanika's body to guide her younger brother.
Darth Vader, the Galaxy's greatest killer, has to grow up as her own older sister.
