CC-2224 had no reason to be nervous, so CC-2224 acted as normal. Cody, however, knew better and had been getting more and more tense all day.
That feeling he sometimes got at the edge of his awareness was screaming at him louder than it ever had before, sitting low in his stomach, and buzzing in the air. It had begun yesterday after training, when the Kaminoans started paying more attention to him than usual. Great.
As he always did when he had that same bad feeling he didn’t react, but he was on high alert. Not that he could usually do much about that it anyways. -
