Summary
Short story following the opening of Act 3. After Meredith's comment about Hawke's inability to save her mother, the Champion withdraws and falls ill. Isolated from her friends and with magical seals preventing anyone from entering the estate - could this be the end for Hawke? Originally intended to be a one shot but the story keeps evolving.
