Summary
It’s a common pass time among adult Na’vi family members to have sex. In fact, it’s almost a celebratory right after ones second birth.
Jake never thought he’d have to worry about his children requesting such a thing. He was quickly proven wrong when Neteyam request him to be his Tswayon after getting his Ikran. Lo’ak asking the same after his second birth.
Let’s not forget Neteyam desire to be his parents Ka Meuia Tsenge. The child who will never move out and care for them through out their lives and even taking on the role of mate to one parent when the other eventually dies. This takes on great meaning when Neytiri pass away during their war.
Oh, and Neteyam may or may not have a dark secret he's buring deep in hopes his family never notices the dark and intense feelings he has for his Dad.
Note: Neytiri will not die until well into the story, so she’s in it a while.
