It was a feeling Dazai only ever got when they were together, that buzzing warmth that almost reached the hole where his heart would be. It was a weakness, he realized, the way he chased after that feeling, the high it gave him. It pulled him in like a drug, reworking his shattered mind, if only to keep Chuuya around; to keep him to himself, trapped in his arms so nobody else would find out just how wonderful that burning fire was.
