Summary
Ed and Stede are working on their reconciliation, but Ed is determined not to fall too fast while Stede is newly sexually liberated and touch-starved. But as they reconnect, Stede gleans some insight into Ed's sexual appetite and into his kinks specifically--the sort of kinks that would involve Stede gaining weight. What better way for Stede to show Ed that he won't leave him again than by getting fat for him?
Meanwhile, Izzy deals with trauma and the fallout from his amputation while adjusting to his newly disabled body. What does he want for himself, when he's no longer half of Blackbeard?
TLDR: This fic reframes the central conflict of season two as being between Ed's desire to "take it slow" and Stede's desire to have sex with him, wherein Stede uses his new knowledge of Ed's belly/weight gain/feeding kinks to try and make himself more attractive to Ed.
