Summary
Zaheer’s screams were blood-curdling, the evidence of his pain echoing all throughout the canyon as the electric-wielding glove pressed into the top of his head. Trapped and bound inside the rocky shell, he was entirely at Asami’s mercy. The normally beautiful, calm, and composed expression on her face was now full of incandescent fury: her eyes wide and bulging, her teeth bared and grinding, her breath ragged as she sought to extinguish it from the man before her who had nearly done the same to her best friend.
