Becoming a vampire is grounds enough to become an outcast from the Nora, or be killed by the hands of the Carja. Aloy, who was born a vampire, has been told her entire life that she is something to be feared, something to be hated.But as she makes her way to the Forbidden West, she also comes to learn that the ways of Nora and Carja do not stretch to all tribes, and that in others' eyes... she is not a monster at all.
In fact, here among these people that she now calls friends, Aloy finds that in these steady hands, she is loved.
The question lies in if she will truly let herself be loved - or if all she knows is to bite the hand that bleeds.
