Summary
Ten years after graduation, Aaron works as an emergency doctor in Charleston while his twin Andrew has gone pro, living with his partner Neil in Columbia. Beyond occasional texts, they haven't managed to get any closer than they were in college.

"Aaron." Andrew's sharp voice forced him to focus. "What are you doing here?"
Aaron turned to face his brother. Tried to find words.
Andrew's eyes narrowed at the lack of response. "Where's Neil?"The question hit like a physical blow. "What?"
"Neil." Andrew's hands clenched into fists. "He's in Charleston for some media thing with his team. You work in Charleston. You're still wearing your badge." His breathing started to shallow. "It's 6:30 in the morning. We don't do surprise visits, hell we don't even do any visits. Yet you felt the need to drive two hours to see me at dawn, right after your shift. So I'll ask one more time. Where is Neil?"

ok so aaron works at a hospital and neil was in the same city until he got jumped by his fathers men like 10 years later and aaron had to perform surgery on him then drove 2 hours to tell andrew about it in person
andrew had been staying w aaron for the past week while neil had been in and out of surgery’s and recovering
the twins have had some arguments but they’re gonna try and get better
anyways, neil has woken up but he is having trouble seeing from one of his eyes but anyways -
