Summary
The leader of the human province and head mage, Cadoc, has no qualms in letting anyone willing to listen know that his third daughter—an unassuming girl with a deep blue Soul—has the most powerful magic known to mankind. She's able to perform feats that would make the entire monster kingdom tremble in fear. She may even have enough magical prowess to tip the scales of power between the already tentatively peaceful neighbors.
Reluctant to violence, but hand forced with the protection of his recently unearthed populous, King Asgore levels the humans with an offer. Hand over this Blue mage to be paired with his Son, in a show of unity between their nations. Eager to breach the tall walls of their secret kingdom for information, Cadoc agrees.
