Summary
This is a reimagination of the first story I wrote as a fanfic author. The story name is Azul...and let’s say that it’s quite a wild ride to read. It was written in the times when it almost took me three weeks to write a chapter, and my writing skills at that moment were quite low. I would like to think that I have improved enough from those days to do this story a better service, in case I decide to give it a new chance, as I did with two of my other first stories.
Just because I said this is a reimagination of said story doesn’t mean I will 100% recycle it and just use better grammar to make it more presentable. Mago Azul is a more... focused take on that story and the power that version of Izuku had, but instead of going crazy as I did in Azul, the rules of how this quirk works are more defined. And Izuku won't end up becoming a literal god of quirks as I did with the original story. Some important plot points and character developments in this story would happen in this world for those who had read the OG Azul, but this is a new, fresh start for that story.
I hope to make a better effort with this story than I did the first time I presented it. I hope that you enjoy your time reading it.

An interesting premise. Izuku is definitely a bit Gary Stu, but it’s a good story over all, with one of the most power sets I’ve seen for Izuku

A snarky Izuku who is not here to be a punching bag, not interested in taking anyone's shit.. Friends with a girl he calls ReiRei, Reiko Yanagi who apparently is siblings with Melissa shield. He has a quirk that allows him to summon a grimoire and basically cast magic spells, mimicking any potential quirk power. He calls the spell names in Spanish. He has healing powers that reset body is to his current status, he can cancel out elements or cause ailments, you can use a text that mimic other quirks, and he can even mimic the effects of heteromorphs like Mirko.
Bakugo will likely be serving consequences.. AFO has access to the enhancer helmet. Melissa Shield has a perfected sight based version of Izuku's quirk. Monoma's quirk changes.
