Summary
Everyone is aware of what they would like to do in the Pokemon World. Get a starter, go through the gyms and defeat the Champion. Oh, and also help save the world in some cases. But what happens after the journey’s end? After saving an entire region from a crisis and still coming out as a hated person for some odd reason, Francis Cheung must move on while trying to figure how he is supposed to achieve his dream. And if the world won't let him rest? That just forces him to keep fighting his retirement more than necessary, damnit! He already saved a region! He doesn't want more trouble!

Ch 9
Francis is a maybe transmigrator who got plopped in his journey at the exact time Plasma tries to take over. There is no protagonist or Ash so he had to deal with the brunt of it with Iris.
This lead to 2 million deaths, Ghetsis death, Colress scarred and a man made legendary Deoxys now becoming his pokemon after their battle with Mewtwo and Zekrom.
Legendaries can easily tell he’s not from their world due to his lack of energy or aura. Tobias here is someone like him and unlike the anime, he ain’t even remotely kid friendly.
