Summary
Even wilted flowers can become something new again. At least… that’s what they’d been told. Shadow Milk had expected the worst. He expected to be sealed away, destroyed. He expected hate, fear, scorn and disgust. What was not expected was for him and his fellow beasts to be given a chance to start anew. That even their poisonous roots, while still intact, could be renewed long after the flowers had wilted.
