At 36, lonely lawyer Akaashi Keiji is convinced that he is one, entirely too young to join a sugar dating app and two, that he is just fine how is, comfortable in his routine. He has his law firm, his success, his friends, what else does he need? (other than new friends who definitely don't get him drunk and coerce him into signing up for the app.)
Bokuto is a college student failing in his senior year thanks to statistics being difficult AF. Sure, he can still play volleyball, but with his scholarship dollars revoked, he knows full well he's up shit's creek (and no, not the cool Netflix show) financially. Kuroo, however, has had nothing but luck out of this new app he's been using. So maybe it's worth a shot to try it out... what else does he have to lose?

I finally read this beautiful beauty all the way through. Laughed out loud, cried real tears, gasped and gusped, it was a ride.
I haven't read the rest of the series as its unfinished, so the mystery of Shino's abduction and the issue of Danzo, Hiruzen and the Hatake heirs are both still open, but this particular fic left at a very good place.

this fic is SO FUN!!
basically Rokudaime Kakashi is living in the back if young Kakashi's head, pushes him to reunite all the Hatake they can find and re-establish their clan in Konoha. They do so, build some financial, social and political power, and push for Sakumo to become the Yondaime. All of this is helped by Orochimaru, who is there from the very beginning and falls in love with Sakumo, adopts a little Hatake cutie (Komeko), pseudo-adopts Kakashi, and helps them with all the (good-natured) scheming. Left of on ch 58 where after Danzo and Hiruzen being little bitch babies about not getting what they want, Sakumo is recognized as the Yondaime!! -

Summary
When Oikawa Tooru, a science fiction writer who is trying to break into literary fiction, is told that he has to edit a short fiction anthology with his award-winning novelist rival Ushijima Wakatoshi, his world comes crashing down. He can’t imagine having to work with the pretentious Ushijima, who has always made him feel small and worthless in their minimal interactions.
However, circumstance leads to Oikawa having to stay at Ushijima’s farm as they work on the anthology. There, they untangle their differences and Oikawa learns that they have more in common than he previously believed. As he gets to know Ushijima better, he realizes that maybe he can care for Ushijima.
Maybe he can even love him.
