Summary
Taking place one year after the end of Persona 5: Royal, 'Kasumi' Yoshizawa is starting her 3rd and final year at Shujin Academy. Shortly after the beginning of the school year, she meets Odette Preston, an eccentric billionaire who agrees to sponsor 'Kasumi' in a special worldwide gymnastics meet called the 'Amazon Gymnastics Competition'. But Shujin's new principal, Ken Nakamaru, strips 'Kasumi's' status as honor student and forbids her from going in the meet. Shortly after, she stumbles back into the Metaverse and discovers new distortions called 'warzones' where shadows are split into their 'light' and 'dark' desires. After meeting with Igor in the Velvet Room and awakening to her new Persona Takeko, 'Kasumi' learns that she now has the gift of the wild card, the ability to use more than one Persona at a time. With this new ability, she forms a new group of Phantom Thieves called the 'Phantom Amazons' and vows to change the hearts of people who mistreat women for their selfish desires.
Meanwhile, new cases of Mental Shutdowns have started to occur and a feminist group called the 'Scarlet Hyenas' are said to be behind them. Who are they? And are they friend? Or foe?

And although Futaba did her best to cover her digital tracks, Mitsuru Kirijo herself has learned of their meddling and is now searching for them.
However, for the beautiful CEO of the Kirijo Group, she finds out that not only their cause is righteous, but also that the Phantom Thieves of hearts can be quite freaky.
