Rouge survives, but Garp still takes Ace. So as soon as she is back to her strength she goes to Dawn and gets him again. Taking Luffy and Sabo too because those are her boys now too. They sail and eventually make it into the North Blue, where the Vinsmokes reside. Hearing what happens with Germa she goes to look up an old friend, Sora, and knocks Judge flat on his ass when she finds out what he did/tried to do. Collapsing Germa's Kingdom, taking Sora and the kids and make a name/life for themselves of the Queen of Hearts and in the New World (she was Pirate Queen she can do this). Eventually running into Shanks and introducing his little siblings, doing the same to Buggy, and eventually Newgate (although that's grandkids/niece and nephews).

Alternate Qilin situation where: Sabine gets akumatised into Qilin much earlier than canon (into the form of a gigantic ‘Mama bear mode’ and extra powers), Lila gets what she really deserves, Sabine goes Mama Bear, Ladybug and Chat Noir knew each other’s identities from the very beginning, Other things in S3 happen much earlier, Sabine is best mom, Tom’s off towards a baking competition so he’s largely absent and Marinette gets the justice she deserves.
