Summary
Cloud, pulled back in time and brought up to be an eternal adversary, extension, and counterpart to his greatest enemy, reaches the final battle with Sephiroth. As they tear through each other and even the fabric of space and time, the fight ends in a world wholly different from the one it began in. Cloud wins. At long last, he wins.
Unfortunately, winning is only the beginning of his fight to make sure more people don't die because of him.

Summary
Have you ever acquired a pet you weren't technically supposed to have? And then spent a lot of time and energy keeping that pet a secret until you inevitably lost the little guy one day and got found out? Kunsel can relate, although in his case it's less of a pet and more of a six-year-old version of one of his best friends.
For Cloud's part, he just wants to nap and not be bothered by any "responsible adults." Can't a newly retired time-traveler get some peace and quiet around these parts?

Summary
Cloud stands in the ashes of two dead worlds and breaks. Even with Sephiroth finally dead, there's no victory. There's nothing but a shattered man in a ten-year-old's body. Still, he can't die yet. He has to repay as much of his debt as he can. Becoming a weapon to protect the weak is easier than being a person, anyway.
It's really too bad that so many people end up disagreeing with him about what he's good for.

Summary
Cloud, age four (or twenty-eight, depending on how you count) kills his time-traveling tormentor way earlier that he should have been able to. For his troubles, he gets himself a few dozen babysitters, assorted older brothers, and maybe a dad (although that last one can't possibly be right, can it?)
Oh well. As long as he never has to eat a godsbedamned MRE again, he can put up with anything.

Cloud deserves to wake up from his never-ending nightmares, and they'll do anything to make sure he does—even put their trust in soldiers and princes from a foreign world.
