Summary
“There is a child in my home.”
“...What?”
“A little girl. She walked in. She called me Papa. She’s dressed like Ceri. She said she is Ceri. There’s like… very convincingly photoshopped pictures of us with her in my living room. She’s asking for toast.”
“Is this a prank?” Boom asked, his voice suddenly clearer.
“That’s what I’m asking you. Did you set this up?”
There was rustling. Boom was moving. “You’re serious?”
Out of the corner of his eye he saw the girl stumble hastily down the hallway towards the bathroom.
“Wait- hey- where are you going?”
“To brush teeth,” she said without looking back. “My toothbrush is purple. Like grapes. Daddy said that’s your favorite color but he’s wrong. Your favorite color is black.”
She vanished into the bathroom. Aou stood in the middle of his living room, the silence ringing like a high-pitched whine. His heartbeat climbed - not in panic, but something more unstable. Boom’s voice through the phone pulled him back to reality.
“I’m coming over.”
OR: Ceri may or may not suddenly be a Real Human Girl showing up on her Papa's doorstep!

Summary
The girl blinked at him. “Are you sleepy still?”
“I told you not to wake him up, sweetie.”
A moment later, Boom appeared, holding a glass of water in one hand and a pill packet in the other. He looked… domestic. Soft hair. Sleep creases on his forearm. A slight lean to his stance like he’d been up and moving for a while. Comfortable. Familiar.
Aou blinked again, slower this time.
“You hit your head yesterday, remember? During the shoot. Not serious — just an action scene that didn’t go quite right. Doctor said you’d probably feel foggy for a few days.”
“Who is she?” he asked before he could stop himself.
“Ceri,” Boom said gently. “You named her. Don’t you remember?”
