An ancient threat thought wiped out, one so severe it once forced the Jedi and Sith to join together as allies to stop it from devouring the galaxy. Rediscovered, still active, and growing again, millennia later it once again forces a fatal alliance between foes.
General Kenobi, General Grievous. Anakin Skywalker, Count Dooku. Their clone and droid soldiers. All pieces on the gameboard of Darth Sidious, who must interrupt his galactic wide war game and make his pieces work as one rather than fight each other to the point of near annihilation. Foes on opposite sides of a war all ordered by their unknowingly shared superior must join their forces together beyond the galactic plane to stop the certain doom of the galaxy that has reawakened. The hexes have returned, but can Republic and Separatist, Jedi and Sith, join together to stop them once again? Can history repeat itself, or was the shared victory in the Old Republic a one time miracle?
