Just so that everything's perfectly clear, Chloe would like to make it known that she is absolutely NOT doing this because of any hidden motivation to be a 'better person'. Even the implication that she might be anything less than 1000% content with how she is is ridiculous, utterly ridiculous.
That being said, when Sabrina asks her if she could try being a little nicer, just to their classmates at first so she can see how she finds it, Chloe reluctantly promises to try.
Though she probably wouldn't have agreed had she known it would result in her playing matchmaker for half the class.OR

She entered the classroom and paused at the sight before. Chatting with Alix and Alya was Marinette, but she was wearing the same uniform Kagami was wearing! If anyone was to see the two girls standing next to each other they could almost be mistaken for twins in their outfits.
But Kagami didn’t care about that thought, she was more focused on the sight of Marinette in her school’s uniform. Kagami had always thought the Kano school uniform looked cute on Miki and the girls in her old class. Kagami's only regret during her whole trip to Tokyo with Marinette was never getting to see Marinette in the uniform, until now. If Miki had looked cute then Marinette looked gorgeous in the outfit.
Marinette gets control of Kagami's wardrobe, yet Kagami is too dense to see the signs that Marinette is giving her!
