"What's going on?" Edric shouted, pointing his finger to cast a spell, forcing the Griffon to kick a discarded sweater up into his face, disrupting his concentration and forcing him to stumble back.
"Get out of here. I'm dealing with it," Amity growled, using more mix to flip the Griffon onto her back, trying to seal her to the floor with the disgusting purple slime.
The Griffon struggled unsuccessfully for a moment against it, before carving something into the floor with her bare fingernails, slamming a hand down once the circle was completed.
Then there was fire.

Luzura the Good Beastkeeper, or otherwise known as Luz Noceda, is hunting a monster that has been ravaging the Isles for the last 9 years, One that brought the Covenheads to their knees, and supposedly, killed the Emperor himself, plunging the Isles into Chaos.
No one knows why she hunts the Monster, some say she does it to bring peace to the isles, while others claim she merely hunts it for glory and sport.
Few, however, know the true reason why she hunts this beast.
As she hunts for this beast, her journey will bring her across a wartorn Isles, into Contact and Conflict with Covenheads, and Uncover Hidden Secrets and Horrors.

When Hunter heads to his potions study group with Edric and Luz, Luz explains that Edric couldn't make it because he had to get his wisdom fangs removed. Hunter quickly realizes that he has the early symptoms for his wisdom fangs to grow in and knows that to get them removed, he must undergo a major surgery. However, Hunter has barely ever received much medical treatment from doctors in his entire life, so the idea of something as major as surgery freaks him out… and what makes his anxiety even worse is the fact that doctors aren't trained to understand the bodies of grimwalkers.
