Summary
Voldemort is only defeated after he has destroyed Britain and all Hermione holds dear. Hermione sends herself back in time to try to fix it all while mucking it all up. There's also this blonde witch she can't keep out of her head.
This will be two parts: the main story, Through Time and Torment to Find Tranquility, and a sequel that will be wildly different in tone and will be an AU of the first story's epilogue.

Anakin Skywalker was created by the Force to be the Balanced, the Neutral between Light and Dark. That obviously didn't work - no, no more Chosen Ones. Chosen Two - Avanika and Anakin Skywalker, Daughter and Son of the Force. One minor issue, Darth Vader's consciousness is sent into Avanika's body to guide her younger brother.
Darth Vader, the Galaxy's greatest killer, has to grow up as her own older sister.
Started out as a crack one shot, but now its all politics and metaphysics, baby!
