This Optimus said before he was dead, and he dripped from Megatron's thick digits and down his forearm and onto the floor with the grate. And Megatron took the hose attached to the long wall and sprayed down the corpse and the energon on the floor until the frame was as shining and lifeless as the manacles. He hadn't the time to hate yet, but when it was clean and Soundwave was contacted to collect what was left of Cybertron's hero, then he hated with all of his being. Optimus Prime, for allowing his last words to be about the latest Decepticon war machine, and himself, for wanting them to have been about him.

Cybertronians can go into Heat, although this occurrence is a rare, infrequent and utterly obsolete nuisance. The modern Transformer does not obey their base instincts, as they have other, easier, faster and more reliable methods for reproduction than such carnal, primitive ways.
It's just a shame that there's one aboard the Nemesis that is no modern Transformer.Series
