As Sonic travels through this broken world, time and memory blur. The past whispers and the future is uncertain. Each revelation brings with it more questions.In this frozen wasteland, time is running out. Sonic must face not only the paradox of existence, but also the emotions he shares with Shadow. The answer to their intertwined destinies lies in the unraveling of time itself.

Once upon a time, there was a boy who didn't belong to a world of powdered gloves and ballroom manners.
Sonic the Hedgehog was loud, bright, alive—just the opposite of the boys who walked the halls of the Académie de l’Épine Noire. But when he found out he was offered a scholarship to attend that very academy, he couldn't resist accepting it for the sake of his family and the possibility of a brighter future.

The whole almost destroying Hell and Heaven thing left a bad taste in everyone’s mouths. Luckily, Vox received a train ticket for a perfectly relaxing business trip.
He’s dedicated the next few weeks to planning for everything since then, but there’s some odd decisions he’s been making that leads the Vees to think otherwise.
Nevertheless, the horns keep blaring, and the train tracks whistle his name.
