Summary
“Is that… you, Viktor?”
It was barely more than a whisper, but he almost couldn’t bring himself to ask in the first place. The question scared him, the coming answer he feared even more. He knew the question was callous and loaded, but he had to know.
Those warm eyes faltered and became reproachful, they averted with a look of guilt, his eyebrows scrunching together. Viktor hugged his good knee tighter to his chest, his short and shallow breathing and his tightened lips betraying the hurt he felt at the question. The creases at the side of his nose deepened in dismay in the way only Viktor's face suited. All of these things told Jayce everything he needed desperately to know; this wasn’t the serene herald, or even the maniacal machine herald.
This was Viktor.

Summary
He climbed into Viktor’s bed, gently slipping under the sheets beside him and wrapping his arms gently, but firmly around his trembling form.
“Stay with me Viktor,” Jayce whispered into his ear.
Only when his partner’s tremors subsided and his erratic breathing eased, did Jayce loosen his hold on him, allowing his arms to drop to the curve of his waist.
Content with feeling the steady rise and fall of his chest underneath the weight of his fingers, Jayce finally allowed sleep to overtake him.

Arcane if Viktor and Jayce were falling in love throughout the series with a much happier post credits scene

Summary
When Jayce and Viktor were sucked into that stone, it was the most painful experience of their lives. Not just death, but a complete disintegration of the very particles that make up their bodies. Atoms pulled apart, melded together, until they became a part of the universe and all the particles that make it up.
And who knows how long time stretched and space expanded before something finally shifted, the unaware entities finally reconstructed. And just like that, the universe spat them back out.

Jayce and Viktor sacrificed their lives to save everyone in Piltover, but instead of dying they are granted a second chance and sent to an alternate timeline where the hexgates aren't built. Jayce wakes up first and struggles with the aftermath of the choices he has made leading him to this point, but when Viktor joins him he thinks his dreams of a new life with Viktor are finally here but things don't go the way he had imagined they would, but one thing he knows for sure, he loves Viktor even if Viktor doesn't love himself, and he was going to make sure he knew it.

Determined to find Viktor, he seeks shelter in what appears to be an abandoned house in the middle of a meadow.
As the days and weeks go by, Jayce realizes, the house might be bigger than it seems (and Viktor might be closer that he thought).

Or a post-finale fic inspired by House of Leaves, where Jayce is haunted by his mistakes and his desires.
