    Kenshi realized he had interrupted Johnny when he felt the punch land on his shoulder. He chuckled. Johnny hated being cut off, and with the alcohol in his system, even a half hearted punch turned out stronger than expected. Kenshi let out a pained little laugh while grabbing Johnny’s wrist, pulling him closer.

    Their faces were about two hand spans apart. Johnny responded with a strange smile after a few seconds.
    “Are you gonna pull me closer like that every time I hit you?”

    Kenshi hesitated for a moment, then narrowed his eyes slightly.
    “Wanna find out?”
