Summary
Chuuya should’ve trusted his instincts.
That was the thought echoing through his head as he stood in the middle of a wrecked warehouse, gravity humming low beneath his skin, the air thick with dust and blood and the aftermath of a fight that had ended too easily.
Too cleanly.The mission had been simple—solo reconnaissance, neutralize a small but persistent ability-user who’d been interfering with Port Mafia supply lines. Nothing he hadn’t handled a hundred times before. The enemy had been clever, yes, but not clever enough to survive a direct confrontation with him.
At least, that’s what Chuuya had thought.
The body at his feet twitched.Chuuya frowned, boots crunching softly as he stepped closer. The man was thin, unassuming, barely a threat at first glance.
Should have been unconscious.
Chuuya had felt the satisfying snap of gravity slam him into the concrete. No pulse irregularities. No signs of resistance.
And yet—
The man smiled.
It was small. Almost lazy. But it sent a cold spike straight down Chuuya’s spine.
“Found you,” the man murmured.
The air shifted.
Chuuya barely had time to react before the room filled with a blue fog.

Summary
Chuuya opens the screen of his phone only to find messages from a dating app he’s pretty sure he deleted. He thinks he deleted it because everyone there looked like shit, assholes, or just weren’t his type. He liked what? Three people? He's genuinely surprised to find out the tall brunet he liked matched with him.
[Dazai Osamu]: This is a pleasant surprise.
[Dazai Osamu]: Didn’t think you’d find me attractive.
[Dazai Osamu]: No wait! Of course you would!! I’m insanely handsome, after all.Chuuya stares at the messages for a moment. This Dazai guy sounds like a bastard, but Chuuya has to admit he is insanely handsome. He supposes it won’t hurt to reply.

Chuuya meets Dazai through a dating app which leads to them having mind-blowing sex together only for Chuuya to learn the next day that Dazai is, in fucking fact, the Executive of Mori Corporation who’s been overseas for the past three years. But what’s the problem? Well the problem is that Chuuya can’t look Dazai in the eyes. Not after all the things he said, thinking he’d never need to see Osamu again. Honestly, fuck him (Dazai did, multiple times) and his life.

Otherwise known as the one where Sokka and Zuko meet at a hotel as complete strangers and fall in love by the end of the day.
