Leon stared into those disturbingly familiar eyes again–growing ever closer, attached to a furry body that had to be at least seven feet tall when walking on two feet–and came to a realization that left him feeling equal parts shocked and indignant. “Chris?” he hissed out, lowering the gun when the creature ducked its head and whined quietly. “Are you fucking kidding me right now?”
Another whine, and there were paws–no, they were more like hands, albeit the size of tennis rackets–on Leon’s shoulders, hot like brands through his clothes and body armor. Before Leon could react to that, there was something wet and slightly rough dragging over his cheek.
He was being licked.
Chris was licking him.

When soulmates destined to be together touch each other for the first time, the symphony is heard across the universe. As if he hasn't heard this story enough times. You'd be surprised just how many people are meant to be each other's forever. Not much when it comes down to the entirety of Earth's population. Yet still enough. Clichéd violins and opera is annoying as it is with the side serving of him hearing the music play while his lady love and the new assistant (who later turns out to be a SHIELD plant) accidentally brush their fingers together. Now there's Steve Rogers, in his all American glory and Tony just wants to beat the crap out of this alien army and go back home. And possibly, plug his ears to drown out the extensive noise.

Summary
When Bucky asks if Tony can move in with them, the first thing that comes to Steve’s mind is 'Over my cold dead werewolf body'.
Except he can’t say that, because Bucky and Tony have been dating for three months and all their other housemates have already agreed to the phoenix staying with them. On top of that, Tony’s just been cut off by his father for insulting a senator on live TV and is basically homeless, so either Steve lets him move in or Bucky moves out.
Doesn’t matter that Steve and Tony can’t stand each other, or that Tony has stolen his fraternity brother, best friend, and, incidentally, the fellow werewolf Steve has been secretly in love with since he was nine.
So instead what he says is, “Sure, that sounds fun.”
