When the idea had first struck him that he should maybe consider going to Siyun for advice about the whole Mackiah thing, he had expected maybe an awkward conversation about sloppy makeout sessions and blow jobs, he had certainly not expected for this to turn into a hands on demonstration, starting with Siyun's tongue down his throat as his fellow groupmate kissed him dizzy while the guy he was actually interested in waited alone in his hotel room just down the hall.

"Where's your want, your desperation? You're supposed to be angsty and pining and raw. We've been at this for days and if we don't get a breakthrough soon you're going to be buried alive. I refuse to temper my singing to match yours, so if we don't figure out how to bring you up to my level you're going to get drowned out by my vocals, which will end up making us both look bad."
Jiho hated to admit it, but Keeho was right. He wasn't on the same level as Keeho, not even close. Yeah he had the technical skills he needed, but he was still missing the emotion, the energy, the passion to bring his performance up to the big leagues. And with only a week left until FNC Kingdom kicked off, it was looking less and less likely that Jiho would spontaneously discover the hidden well of emotions he needed to tap into in order to make the song delivery work.
But fuck he had to try. No matter what it took. Even if it meant asking Keeho for advice.
