The poster rips from the wall, falling to the piss-stained brick and her heart crawls up her throat. Air doesn’t exist in her lungs, only the frigid memory of every past mistake she’s ever made lives in her body when she sees her.
At least, she thinks it's her. Knows deep down it's her. The image before her is a stark contrast to the woman who begged her not to change, whose lips had no right being that soft. Eyes so inviting. Open and vulnerable.
She weakened you.
She lifts her hand back up, stepping closer to the decrepit wall, fingertips grazing the image of this warrior woman, fist raised in the air, sporting the sigil of the double-headed wolf. Black and red painting her like bruises.

Summary
Vi looks at the big clock on the far wall. 7:46AM. She’s one minute late today. Every morning for the past six months - well, every morning Vi’s been on shift, so she’s just assuming about the other days - she’s passed by at exactly 7:45AM, always at a brisk walk, always in a perfectly-tailored suit, not a single long, silky-looking hair out of place.
7:47AM. The crisp clack of heeled boots on concrete pulls Vi out of her musings. There must have been some sort of emergency, because the subject of Vi’s (minor) obsession walks past the fire station at a faster clip than normal. Which is sort of saying something, because Mystery Woman’s got legs for days, long and slender, visibly toned with long, lean muscle through her suit pants. At the faster clip, Vi has less time to admire her ass and tiny, tiny waist as she walks by, but that’s fine, because the view as she leaves is fantastic.

Caitlyn's route to work as a detective at the 51st Precinct takes her right by Fire Station #516, and Vi's been pining after the gorgeous Mystery Woman for six months...what will happen when she finds out that Caitlyn's a cop (AKA: The Enemy)?

Summary
For ten years, Vi was locked up inside Stillwater.
When she was young, Vander used to tell her that prime alphas like her were rare and different. A prime alpha’s soulmate is a prime omega, he used to tell her, they both mate for life—one can never come to existence without the other. But he was wrong, Vi realizes as the years pass, she doesn't have a soulmate because she doesn't deserve one. She's a prime alpha, reduced to a caged, rabid animal, serving penance for a crime she never committed.
Finally, Vi is released from her confines by an alluring omega Enforcer. When she returns to the real world, Vi finds it turned upside down. Silco—the man who killed her father—is the drug-peddling kingpin leader of the Undercity; and the sister she thought was killed by him, turns out to be his masochistic, deadly weapons-maker. As tensions rise between both sides of the city, Vi and the omega Topsider who sprung her must put aside their differences and work together to prevent an all-out war.
One problem: Vander was right—she has a soulmate.
And of course, it's the Enforcer who freed her.
