Summary
Shiba Ichigo never expected any of this to happen. One moment, her life was dragging on day by day as she trained to be the Shiba Clan heir. The next, her father sells her life to the Emperor as a "gift of gratitude" for his acknowledgement of the Shiba's work.
It wasn't like she had much of a choice. If she didn't go, then her sisters would be forced to go, and they didn't deserve the harsh life in the Imperial Harem.
At least Kūkaku-obasama was just as furious and upset as everyone else—except for Isshin—was about the entire thing. As the firstborn, and currently only, eligible heir of the Shiba Clan, Ichigo was trained everything the heir has to learn. It had been pure luck that Rukia would have rather killed her than let her go another day without some gentle skills.
15 years old and now a concubine of the fucking Emperor, Kuchiki Byakuya. She hopes she'll forever stay out of his sight. She's never thought about possible courtships, let alone sex! Or children!
Though Ichigo never expected what would happen in the years to come. Either you trample on others or be trampled in the unforgiving city of Seireitei. Ichigo doesn't really know how to feel about the fact that she's thriving here.

Summary
Yhwach didn't want another war as he regains his strength. He looks for a new path to walk. Yamamoto, Captain of the 1st division, is open to peace talks. After the battle against Aizen and everything else that'd happened over recent years the Soul Society would be unlikely to survive a war. They seek out a truce.
While this is happening Ichigo is none the wiser. Instead he starts spending most of his free time with Urahara. A friendship has begun to form between them. Kisuke has started teaching him to meditate to strengthen his connection to his Zanpakuto's, and in the process his bond to his hollow and inner world grow, as well as he grows calmer. Though something tries to awaken that neither of them understand.

Summary
The End has come.
All three worlds fell to the power of the Quincy King, Yhwach.
If he had killed him earlier, if he had been more prepared, Kurosaki Ichigo would have been able to save the world that was now destroyed.
But the Hogyoku was there to fulfill his wish. If Ichigo wanted to protect the world, then he would, but not this world.
Ichigo is sent to another dimension with differences and similarities. Starting with the fact that he is in the past and he already existed there as Shiba Ichigo. His new body didn't have that much power but luckily, he brought his powers with him. And he was an Omega.
Ichigo had to fight all this and prepare for war against Yhwach, who seems to be getting ahead of his plans.

I wanted to read something else that resembled the original work, but I didn't find anything and the idea didn't come out of my head, so here we are.
