“I had scoliosis,” Peter whispered, not looking away from where they’d heard the metal snap. He had gone pale. Bucky was sure he was a few shades lighter, himself. “That’s… that’s what I was gonna say before."
“Yeah?” Bucky asked. He loosened his grip on Peter’s shoulder, but didn’t take his hand away.
“My back still hurts sometimes,” Peter explained quietly. “But that might be because of the swinging. Hard to find a strong enough chiropractor to crack it, you know? Maybe… maybe two thousand tons of concrete would do it, though.” Bucky leveled his gaze at the kid. Peter looked back at him, swallowing hard.
“Let’s call that Plan B, okay?” Bucky suggested.
“Yeah, okay,” Peter mumbled.

Or, Peter gets caught in the collapse of a parking garage with a (mildly) concussed Bucky Barnes, and has a nice get-to-know-you sesh with our favorite super soldier while waiting for Tony to find a safe way get them out. Super chill, right? Everything's fine. Oh- and he's been impaled by two rods of rebar and can't move without risking bleeding out. That... complicates things.

Summary
Potter has lived for far longer than he should have. At the age of 1131 a young woman turns up uninvited and tells him of her family's mission - curing vampirism. Actually, just curing this one vampire, namely him.
Assuming death has finally found him, Potter is quite surprised to suddenly find himself in his 14-year-old human body back in 1994 on the morning of the Triwizard Tournament's First Task. Barely remembering the other students' names and not reacting when they call him by his first name (when was the last time anybody even did that?) makes for a disastrous recipe.
Is this real? Should he leave and drastically change the future? Or have Dumbledore obliviate him after just a few little tweaks? Maybe it would have been better if death had found him after all, since his hard-won wisdom and morality go right out the window when he reacquaintes himself with Cedric Diggory in the Prefects' Bathroom

He goes to gringotts gets an inheritance test finds out he has a reluctant soulmate and that dumbledore is a prick. Shenanigans ensue. This is purely self indulgent and my first attempt at fanfic .
