Give me something inspiring.” He wanted to absorb every preference and every thought that made Robby who he was. He wants to watch all of his favorites. Dennis wanted to crawl inside Robby's head.

Dennis Whitaker has always been good at not-thinking about things. The way Robby says Abbot's name. The current in a room when both of them are in it. The fact that he has, apparently, developed feelings for not one but two attendings, which is a disaster by any reasonable metric.
Then Abbot comes back from three weeks away, finds Dennis alone in the break room at three in the morning, and answers the question Dennis didn't mean to ask out loud.
