"You must hide me!" Abaddon wheezed while catching his breath, "He's coming! He's going to destroy my essence!"
"Who is coming?" Katherine asked as she crouched down to his level. She gently took his little hands into her own. Katherine rubbed her thumbs on the back of his hands, the same way she used to comfort her own children when they'd run to her in panic.
"Step away from the damned," A deep voice growled from the doorway. Katherine turned her head to find a new ghost had entered the building. He had clearly died a long time ago given his appearance, but this was the first time she had seen him.
Katherine gently rubbed Abaddon's back while holding him close, "You are?" She asked with a raised eyebrow.
"Father Joseph," He replied, "I am the father of the child that monster has possessed. Unhand him now. He is a danger to you and everyone you care for,"

When the father of the child Abaddon possessed shows up at the Undervale to exorcise Abaddon, the Freelings discover the child was inside Abaddon's head the entire time. They decide to try separating their souls into separate bodies. What could possibly go wrong?
