Spirou swallowed. “What do you mean?”
“During the… the madness. Did I do anything else. Anything worse.”
“Worse than trying to kill me?” Spirou was evading. Stalling. He was being clumsy about it, too, but there was nothing to be done about that. “Like what?”
“I… I don’t know.” Fantasio looked pale in the moonlight, oddly frightened. “Anything.”
Spirou and Fantasio have survived the Valley of the Banned - but some experiences are easier to leave behind than others.
