Summary
Penelope had to get out. She felt like she was dying every time she had to return to Featherington house, and now with the heir race well underway with her sisters, she knew she had to get out. Penelope was no fool, she knew living with one of her sisters as the new Lady Featherington would be interminable and she’d likely be kicked out and sent to the country – or worse, Ireland in exile. However, Penelope had been planting seeds and she had two plans – hopefully one of them would work.
The first one involved Lady Danbury and a desperate plea for asylum – before she wound up in one.
The second one involved telling Anthony Bridgerton she was in love with him and wanted to be his wife.

Summary
There are a lot of tales that are told about that day. About how the halfling held the King’s bloody gut together in his hands after Azog had been defeated. About how he sang in a language older than time, a song taught to him by his mother, and green grass grew on a mountainous hill where there had been no life in decades. About how the burglar must be a wizard, about how the King’s blood stained flowers red, about how, in the end, if it had not been for Bilbo Baggins, Thorin son of Thrain would be on a funeral pyre instead of on his throne.

Summary
Season 2 Rewrite: Penelope Featherington thought being Lady Whistledown meant running London society with an iron pen. Then, The Silhouetta Canvas arrived, sketching her scandals with wit, cleverness, and just enough audacity to make her furious. Suddenly, London’s gossip war is personal and far too entertaining to stop. Multi-story.
